When I play quick game, I cannot switch off the point guard. I control only him all game long.

When I play Jordan Challenges, it lets me switch anytime I want.

why is it not letting me switch players on play now mode?

go to the start menu in game, controller settings, and switch it off point guard.

this happens to me also i have to sign out of my profile and then i can switch players

your player is locked like someone already said it can be adjusted in the setting.

go to controller setting> preffered position> choose "none"
