smh Assuming this is real, I don't see what the point in coloring bacon is.

Yeah. I don't know how he's doing it, but it doesn't look appetizing to me. It's probably safe and some natural bleach/dye process before cooking, but I am repulsed by the coloring because it's so freaky bright and unnatural-looking. Give me good ol' flesh-colored bacon any day.
