editing the cpu pitching rotations and lineups franchise

im the mets, im only controlling them....it seems after the patch im unable to go into the other teams rosters and adjust them, unless im missing something...can anyone confirm how to do it or if its messed up now because of the patch? thanks!

There's an option under Franchise Settings that asks you if you want to have the ability to adjust the CPU teams' rosters on or off. If you have this option turned off, then you cannot do a thing with the CPU rosters. If you have it turned on, however, then you CAN control the CPU teams' rosters, but in a somewhat limited capacity. You can send players down and call guys up for the CPU teams with this option on; however, you cannot edit their batting lineups or pitching rotations and bullpens.
