Pretty simple. I'll start. In order of when I got them.

SNES - Tecmo Super Bowl III
Game Gear - NBA Jam: Tourney Edition
PSX - Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2
Game Boy Color - Pokemon Gold
Dreamcast - NFL 2k
PS2 - Tony Hawk's Underground
Game Boy Advance - Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3
Gamecube - MVP Baseball 2005
Xbox 360 - skate
NES - Tecmo Super Bowl
Wii - New Super Mario Bros. Wii
PS3 - MLB 09: The Show

This ought to be fun:

NES - Super Mario Bros. 3
Gameboy - Tetris
SNES - Chrono Trigger
N64 - Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Virtual Boy (YA RLY) - Galactic Pinball - do not ask me how I remember that...honestly I want to forget that thing ever existed

Playstation - Final Fantasy VII
Playstation 2 - Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
Playstation 3 - Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
Playstation Portable - Dissidia: Final Fantasy

The MGS games basically upstage FF and the Show just barely, but I couldn't possibly choose one or the other anyway. Also, Tecmo Super Bowl narrowly misses to SMB3.
