Question re: NCAA 10 and the xbox freeze.. your thoughts?

I've had my 360 for 4+ yrs I think? I know it's been a while, and I deal with the unreadable error a lot, even though my disc is clean.

I hear all of the suggestions, you know CD cleaner, open up the 360 etc.. I kind of just roll with it for now.

I'm wondering if any of you know, is this an older X360 problem? If I bought a brand new one, would I still have this issue or was this something that Microsoft fixed along the way?

Is it just giving you the issue when you put in NCAA?

I don't play a lot of other games. Has not happened with Madden 10 yet but it has happened with NCAA 07, 08, 10
