Help with Sliders

Hello all...I am looking for some help with sliders. I have read several of them on the boards here and can't decide which ones to use.

I find that playing on Pro is too easy and on All-Star is too hard. For example, last game I was outshot 48-9 on All-Star. I want the challenge and don't mind losing, just need to find that right balance.

I like to play 6 minute periods and am looking to find realistic stats and gameplay. Can anyone offer a suggestion.

How about you scroll down the page and pick up one of the many slider sets! Is that too much to ask, i mean you were able to create this topic so you MUST know how to read for your self.
