Is anyone else having probs with VIP and coach settings saving?

Hey guys, for some reason I was able to save my VIP profile, but whenever I play quick games now, it doesn't add onto the VIP. Any solutions to this?

Also, on the main option screen I made coach settings so that it is manual subs and manual timeouts. However, whenever I go into a quick game, it still has auto subs and auto timeouts! How can I fix this? It's so annoying to change it every darn game.
