How do you unlock the Marlins 03 road alternate?

It's not in team affinity and it isn't in the marketplace, but it's been discovered so you can get it somewhere.

Wasn't in Conquest either? I feel like I have it, so my guess is one of the big Conquest maps, like the East one.
