Always raining in Dynasty

Forgive me if someone has written this, have spent a while trying to see if just being dumb but I have played 4 games in my Dynasty with San Diego St and one with another Dynasty with Uconn. All 5 games had rain.

anybody have this issue or am i not seeing something settings wise

Only game I played in my Canes dynasty did not have rain.
