NHL 11 logo editing

One thing I want to do is mod the KHL into NHL 11. However, as you can see here, the logos have incorrect colours, even when I import a dds file that is of the RGBA32 format.

In both cases with a team intended to be Barys Astana (the other screenshot is for Atlant Mytischi), I extracted everything from the big file, converted a PNG to the RGBA32 format using DDS Converter 1.4, imported the dds file (either by way of using the NHL Legacy Texture Patcher, which resulted in the image with a yellow background, or by removing the extension, as was the case with the missing logo, which I didn't screenshot), rebuilt the .big, and imported the file, but neither method of importing the actual image results in a logo with the correct colours. The third image is how the logo of Barys SHOULD look.

What can I do to ensure that logos imported into NHL 11 have the correct colours?

i used to edit rosters for NHL 15 and some for LEGACY aswell..

do you have that roster including the KHL league for NHL 11???

i have xbox 360..

I believe I still do, but put it on hold for now.
