Well, yes. This was the point the whole time, screw up mail delivery in big cities in battleground states. That's why they ripped out sorting machines, etc. (Though not sure why they bothered with that in Seattle, but who ever knows.)

PA is now down to a 350k lead with 83% of the votes counted. These absentee counts are just taking huge chunks out of Trump's lead.

Michigan now over a 1% lead for Biden. Peters has also taken a 10k vote lead in Senate race.

Is it possible Trump is suing to stop the counting in hopes of stopping the race from being called this early? Trump operates best in chaos when he can manipulate the narrative of reality as much as possible. If the media declares Biden victorious, some of his power goes away.

Trump is up by 68k votes in Georgia now with 94% of the vote in. Still have 10-12% we are waiting on from Dekalb, Cobb, Clayton, Muscogee, Richmond and Chatham counties. Fulton and Douglass seem to be fully counted.
