With Spring Training in the books, there were a couple surprise keepers on the Orioles 25 man roster, but they earned their stay with a strong Spring.

(I accidentally advanced before recording Spring Stats)

The combination of a very poor Spring for 2B Jonathan Schoop and a great showing by Utility player Jimmy Paredes gained him a spot on the 25 man roster, and possibly the starting job at 2B early in the season!

With the 5th SP role up for grabs, Baltimore decides to keep 2 SP (Odrisamer Despaigne and David Hale) with Despeaigne edging out Hale for the 5th SP spot. Hale will serve alongside Dylan Bundy as the teams long relievers out of the bullpen.

I back the Birds! - 2016 Baltimore Orioles Dynasty

Is this finally the year of the Oriole? Can Buck Showalter finally get that World Series ring that has been eluding him or will he be replaced as the skipper of the Orioles? Follow my 2016 Baltimore Orioles Dynasty as I attempt to bring Charm City their first World Series title in 33 years.

For this dynasty I am using the #OSFM V2.2 40-Man roster created by IamAdderlyn, and I am using Dynamic difficulty for both batting and pitching. My plan is to only play 1 game per series until the all star break, and then 1 per series for non divisional opponents and 2-3 for divisional games.

This is my first attempt at a Blog on OS, so any tips and feedback would be appreciated. I hope you enjoy and Go O's!!!
