Now that QB Matt Cassel has signed his $14.65 million non-exclusive franchise tender — the largest guarantee on a one-year contract in the history of the NFL — some around the league believe it’s 95 percent that he remains in New England.
The only way the Patriots would trade Cassel is if they know QB Tom Brady is healthy, and even if they do, the bidder needs to be to Cassel’s liking and offer a contract to his liking, or there’s no deal.

Who will it be. I am just praying for a competitive game..But my gut tells me otherwise.....Too many experts saying this or that. When in fact they would not even have even thought of Arizona being in this game or even the playoffs..Maybe the ride is over....

Morrie Schwartz quotes

“So many people walk around with a meaningless life. They seem half-asleep, even when they're busy doing things they think are important. This is because they're chasing the wrong things. The way you get meaning into your life is to devote yourself to loving others, devote yourself to your community around you, and devote yourself to creating something that gives you purpose and meaning.”

After restructuring of Sony and layoffs at Microsoft. Will the public suffer. Will the design of the games suffer?? I think their will be much more added pressure for deadlines and possibly quality might suffer. Or possibly the weak link has been cut. This is still undetermined. But we will all feel it sooner or later.

That Sony will be cutting a significant portion of its workforce is a certainty. The Japanese electronics giant announced the move in December, saying that it would eliminate approximately 16,000 part- and full-time jobs in a bid to save $1.1 billion through its next financial year, which ends March 31, 2010

However, what remains to be seen is which divisions these reportedly "sweeping" and "sacred-cow-slaying" cuts will impact. The Financial Times reports today that Sony plans to ... Read More

CLEVELAND -- Browns coach Eric Mangini was encouraged by two days of meetings with Baltimore Ravens pro personnel director George Kokinis and indicated his longtime friend will soon be Cleveland's new general manager.
