We want your feedback early to see what we CAN and cannot do.

There are some players that just dont shoot balanced every time....they can take 4-5 different looking shots a game....PP is on of them...
I guess thats why its so hard to get it down...I for one think it looks good on Live...hard to argue w\ a shot thats been mo capped

Im sure the guys will be happy to chime in on the shots. I'll throw in a couple of suggestions... do you guys need pic or video examples though stephenson?
24th I think its just harder to get a guage on a guy like PP's shot when he's not in his hot spot section, just like when he's at the top left corner.

Any will do my man.
As for the different leans, if you aren't holding the left analog stick and just pull up for a shot, he's going straight up. Experiment using the left analog stick when shooting and you'll get different leans.
Will do. Im so curious to see the other guys and how they play in the game. So far no player plays exactly the same which I love.

Sometimes, I player lock on Kobe and notice the differences in my teammates as well. When I pass the ball to Gasol at the top of key, if he has space he shoots it which is something he does in real life (plus I checked his DNA in that spot, and indeed shooting it instead of driving is his tendency). That is something Bynum never does when I pass him the ball in the same spot.
I had a great play where I passed the ball to Gasol at the top of the key, and Ariza quickly cut to the basket and instantly Gasol passed him the ball and Ariza had a nice wide-open dunk. It was great to see the cpu play with intelligence. Funny thing was, I noticed that whenever I put Ariza in plays like this open up. So I checked out his DNA and whattya know, a 30+% in cuts.
Can't wait to see how other teams and players play.

stephensonmc: give us the ability to choose a different jumper for each player and don't lock the feature. That way we can alter the game and give you a better version of a shot, instead of implementing a totally different shot for a player. I hope you all allow us to all the features instead of locking everything.

can anyone do a follow up dunk? really want to see that in the game...
and i noticed some of the player's head like ariza and o'bryant - not proportionate to the body... i hope they can do something about it.

I'll make sure you can edit sig shots in Live '10... I agree, that's a must.
And yes, you guys are totally right about mocap. I'm not sure how the Paul Pierce shoot went, as that was before my time at EA. But going forward, we will need to do a better job at ALWAYS pushing the talent to go 100% game speed. Otherwise, it's useless to us. I actually agree with Moses, the Paul Pierce sig does leave something to be desired... guess we'll just need to get him suited up again.

Good looking out on that Beluba, that would be a nice addition for 10 for sure.
Any way to make the crowd feel more involved in the action

IMO, the game overall still lacks necessary and critical features. Crisp passing, realistic dunks, on-the-fly subs/settings, better ball physics, etc..
Something that has always bothered me in Live games -- the player models look decent, but there's not one player who is just skinny, normal or fat. They have bulging muscles with definition. Some players are just normal with very little muscle definition.
I'll still be getting the game because I feel EA is headed in the right direction, and I LOVE how EA staff is finally listening to the consumers and using our feedback. I'd want to push the envelope, so to speak, to implement and fix the basic part of the game before adding more bells and whistles in 2010.

Take a look at Ilgauskas. He doesn't have any muscle definition in the screens. They nailed him perfectly. His arms are pretty much flub, haha.
They have some differentiated bodies.... but I know what you mean.
