Suggested slider recommendation for those who play CPU vs CPU franchise mode

I haven't purchased MLB '22 The Show yet as I always wait for all the patches to drop, rosters to be released, and kinks to be worked out. I have purchased '21, but haven't dug into it much. I have been putting a lot of time into finding a realistic CPU vs. CPU set for MLB '20 which is a great game in my opinion.

I play with an edited roster called "SimBaseballFullMinor" that can also be found in the MLB '20 vault.

Try these out in '21 and '22 and tell me how they work. I have been testing these in the regular season instead of spring training. Hope they work great for you.

Set the difficulty for batting and pitching to LEGEND

After running several more tests in CPU vs CPU, I have zeroed in this set being the best. It will be the final set posted in this thread. I will post box scores to show stats. Try them out on '21, and '22. Tell me how they work with those.

Hey man! So, just for fun I totaled up your stats and compared them to MLB averages. You're really close!

You may need slightly fewer 2B, more HR, and more BB if you want to mirror real life MLB trends, but beyond that it's really close.

(The difference in AB is likely because I had to calculate AB based on outs plus hits, did not have double play etc. stats available, so it's probably overstated and spot on.)

Re: Suggested slider recommendation for those who play CPU vs CPU franchise mode

The White Sox hit 7 homers against the Royals. I really like the variety I'm seeing in the games so far... pitching duels, slugfests, lots of strikeouts, few strikeouts, etc.

White Sox 12, Royals 3
