Best Opening Day roster set?

Purchased PS5 and MLBTS '24 - looking to start a franchise with accurate set of Opening Day rosters, which set would you recommend?

I either play every pitch of the game or enter play full game, then pause it, and manage the entire game. I never click 'sim'.
