Yep, and I'm sure it'll be a 12 minute video about one play.

Re: Madden NFL 10 Demo Available, Post Impressions Here

I'm upset I had to come to work. I DL both and played a qtr of both. I have to say that the speed is something that I have to get used to. After playing NCAA for the last 3 weeks it's almost like Madden is in super slow motion. Which is not a bad thing because you can see holes open and up and you have time to react to things happening. It's just going to take some time to get used to it.

I may be one of the guys trading NCAA in though. Just for a couple of seconds with the game I can tell I won't be playing NCAA.

Two Videos of the public demo (Full game)

This was the first time I played the game, so please don't hate on my Madden skills. I have played both the Gamestop demo and the public demo and have had a great experience so far. I am going to highlight some key parts of the demo.

Kicking
Gone are the days where you can nail 50 yard field goals in wind and snow. I tried to kick a 40 yard field goal in the snow and it barely made it to the endzone. It is definitely nice to see that they fixed it, especially since it is a big issue in NCAA Football 10.

Pro-Tak Technology
To be honest I was very afraid of this new gameplay element at first. I had a feeling we would be seeing 5 man gang tackles almost every play. I am happy to say that I have not had this experience and pro-tak is neat. I actually had a play where two defenders were tackling me and one of my offensive lineman tried to push them off. It didn't work but it just looked awesome.

Players
I think the slowdown and new player ratings are fantastic for players. Larry Fitzgerald is dominant and that is how he should be. When backup running backs are playing..You definitely know they are. It is nice to see that the top tier players finally feel and play like they do in real life.

Branching Animations
This game is so smooth, I have a video to show you guys about branching animations to show how smooth it is. The animations are very crisp and clean this year.

Graphics
Absolutely beautiful. From the players towels flowing to Big Ben the game looks outstanding.

Presentation
The game just looks a lot better than it has in previous years. You can see kickers warming up on the sideline or Big Ben talking to his Wide Receiver group. Plus the new banners look very slick.

Overall
Overall I get a great impression and I can't wait to run with the Chicago Bears come August 14th. I haven't been this excited for a Madden game since it was on the PS2. Everything is just so much more polished than years past.

(Tried using search function, to no avail.)

I got my Game Stop code for the Xbox 360 - now can someone concisely explain to me how I redeem said code on Xbox Live or thru some other means? I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

I take it option plays are from the Wildcat?

You just go to the 'Redeem Code' option and punch in your code. That's it.

Any news on the PS3 demo yet? A few people mentioned it, but a confirmation would be nice.

for those that have the demo: Do you still need to hold button and then use d-pad to cycle forward and backwards to select a player? Also do you tap or hold catch button to make a reception? Sorry if alredy answered dont have time to look over 600+posts
