Michael Jordan in Association - Aging?

I'm starting a new Association and want to add Michael Jordan to one of the CPU-controlled teams.

What I would like to know is whether his player model is going to change as he ages. For example, if I add the 85 Jordan to the Association, will he look like the 95 Jordan 10 years into the Assiciation or will he always look like the 85 version? Or is there a way to change his model manually?

I suppose the answer is no to both, but I'm asking anyway, as I would much prefer to add the rookie Jordan, but if his model won't change, I will probably use the 92 version or so instead.
