PING: FOFC Wisconsin Locals
So I'm traveling to Wisconsin for work this week.
Have one fun day which I'm filling with a Harley museum tour and a trip to Great Lakes Brewery. Other than that...any locals in the Milwaukee or Osh Kosh areas? I'd be up for an impromptu meet up and I'll buy the beer/dinner/whatever |

Flew into MKE earlier and the vendor/hoat is now bussing us to Oshkosh. ...when they said that in the itinerary I didn't realize it was a 2 hour bus ride.

everywhere is slower by bus in this state. I'm fairly certain the bus ride from Green Bay to Chicago was 2x as long as just driving would have been. |

That said Oshkosh is about 90 miles from Milwaukee if memory serves, so 2 hours isn't absurdly slow, traffic-depending.
I know 43 around Milwaukee can get nuts at times. |

How many double brats with the works have you had? I peg the over/under at 2.

Back in SC now.
No brats, unfortunately. Did hit a few breweries. Saw the EAA Museum in OshKosh....which was much neater than I imagined and the Harley museum. Other than that did a bunch of work and training. |

Dammit.
Crappy timing! Nope no cheese curds either. There was me and another Carolina guy and 2 guys from TX. They took us out to eat BBQ one night. We left convinced that whatever WI specializes in food wise, it wasn't Brisket or pulled pork |
