Online Worklogs

Does anyone know of a website or software (free) which allows for workers/students to log their time working on a number of particular tasks? My wife tells me that it would be something similar to Job Manager for Mac. I use PC at work and would like for my students to be able to log what they are working on each day. I'd like to use these logs so that they could even put them on a college resume saying something like, "80 hours of Adobe In-Design CS3 experience."

I've started trying out Klok, an Adobe Air App. It's simple but effective. I don't know that it has any sort of data export, though.
