Central Houston-->Rice
Durham-->Duke
Evanston-->Northwestern
Nashville-->Vanderbilt
South Bend-->Indiana Institute Of Evil

For the anal-retentive folks out there, a couple other suggested changes:

Kent -> Kent State

The abbreviation for Nevadal Las Vegas should be "UNLV".
