Just an update.
I'm down here in Destin, FL. Beautiful place, expensive to live. Unless you go outside the immediate area, in which case it's pretty reasonable. Awesome beaches. It's the off season, so it's not crowded at all. My temp home is a condo across the street from a great beach. Sweet, but I've only made it once thus far. Love the new job. It's nice being able to back up the promises you make. I'm still getting settled in, but at least I'm up and running now. Still have no internet access at my temp condo, so I can't buy FOF 2004 yet. So all of you are getting to enjoy it...but I'm not.  I suppose I could download it on this PC and burn it to CD, but that's an assload of trouble. I hope it's good. So I just picked up KOTOR and I'm enjoying that instead. The first damn thing I'm going to do when I get Internet access is to buy FOF. Unless someone can give me a suggestion on how to get it without access. Beyond that, it's ok. A bit lonely, I suppose. I can't go bar-hopping and I really don't know anyone here. Oh well. PM me if you want to talk, b/c I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to check this thread again. Peace! |
