Looking for board hack
From the way I understand that this board works, this would not be possible, but I understand very little sometimes, so I thought that it would be worth asking:
Is it possible to hack/enhance the board so that if you have someone on ignore, you will also be blocked from seeing their text when people quote it? I know, I know. If I don't want to see what someone says, I don't need to look. I get it. It's all on me for looking. Yeah, yeah, fuck you. I am not adverse to using technology to make my life better, and that is what I am trying to do here. When I put someone on ignore, I do it because their posts add no value whatsover to my board experience. The few seconds that I take to read them becomes time lost to me forever. Also, it makes my neurons commit suicide. And, despite the theory that "I can just not read them," I am sometimes trapped into reading them when people who I do actually want to read quote them. I would prefer not to take the route of some people and start coming to this board less. But, as it gets harder and harder to scrub the pointless and benighted nescience from this board, it becomes harder and harder to justify my presence here. So, any possibility of an V-chip upgrade here? |

I wish the ignore feature worked so that them and their posts just dissapeared. |
