Looking for some help.

I am trying to unzip a file someone sent through e-mail but Window's is blocking access to the file. I am unable to save the file elsewhere on my computer, it states there is an error when I try.
I am running Windows XP.

Any suggestions.

What are you using for mail, outlook, web?

Tools-Options-Security- uncheck "Do not allow attachments.."
