Microsoft Word (Tables) Problem/Question

I have a word file in which I have a table with just two columns in them. For some odd reason, once I get a few pages down suddenly what is on page 2 or 3 or somewhere else just disappears. It doesn't delete, but if you scroll down to the next page (the missing one) it almost seems like it's behind the page I am already on.

Very weird. If it matters, one column usually has more writing than the other and it's in different places (writing a television script). I've never used word for it and I'd rather use a table than columns for a number of reasons (too hard to line up etc).

No, I do not have "real" script writing software. Thanks for the help.
