Cleaning Up: Backing Up

I am reformatting my computer. I need to specifically which files of my TCY games to back up. I have already used 2 of my license and I want to save my third one for my new computer. I need to know which files to back up. I have an idea, like the E-LICENSE, REGEDIT, and TCY FOLDER. But is there any more files I need to backup.

Thanks

You could just save yourself the trouble and unlicense the game before you reformat. That'll free up one of your used licenses.

And if you want to back up any games you have going, backup the Universe folder in the TCY directory.

(note: I have no idea how to back up a game so that you do not have to relicense when you reformat)

Do I have to be online to UNLICENSE? And after I unlicense, do I have to save anything.
