Finally, the NCAA gets around to punishing an athlete....
for washing her car on campus.
NCAA penalizes golfer for washing her car - ESPN Yes, washing your car on campus with university hose and water is a crime, while if you play basketball or football, you can get a car and no one will say anything. Dissolve the NCAA.

The NCAA didn't punish the athlete. The school determined it was a violation on its own, punished the athlete and self-reported the violation to the NCAA.

I know when I wrestled in college the AD looked for extremely minor violations to self report just to look good to the NCAA and like they were policing themselves. I assume this might fall under that category, but yes it is a corrupt system.

Tip of the iceberg. I want to know what hot shot booster positioned a random hose RIGHT THERE so that this "student athlete" could take advantage of it.

I was wondering if there are any pictures of her, and if it turned into a bikini car wash or not.

I think it is a title 9 thing. They have to find female rules violators to keep up with football.

I listened to the video. The whole thing came up because a coach from a competing school texted it out as an issue. Wow, what a joke.

$20 for water and use of a hose? Did she use bottled water? Last edited by Daimyo : 05-31-2013 at 12:37 PM. |

So are they allowed to use school water to cook food or shower?
