Question CM4 Question

When trying to transfer a player off my team, is it better to use them as a backup or put them on the reserve team? I would guess the optimum thing is to start them so they get attention, but if they are not good enough for that what is the next best thing (or does it not really matter)?

I don't think it matters for low skill players. You might want to give him a couple of looks, but it's unlikely that he'll do well enough to grab any attention anyway. At least in the reserves he might put up decent numbers to attract a lower league team. That would be difficult though if you are a low league team yourself.

I heard you should do this...if it is a good player...first put him on transfer for free...then when interest is generated, I believe you take him off the market, and then put him back on at a price you want to sell him (either that or negotiate the price to what you want).
