Free web banners?
Does anyone know of a real website that will actually let me generate a web banner for a website? I see some listed as free but that's never the case.
I also wouldn't mind a site that didn't make me register ugh. I've been searching for awhile now but with no luck.

Free Banner Maker | Home Haven't tried it but it does look to be free (template based so it seems plausible)
