FOFC Blood Bowl League Created (Season 1/Week 5 Due Mon 8/3 by 11:59 PM)

Rules are as follows

Frequency of games: Weekly (mostly if not entirely on Weekends)
8 team division: Play each other team once, 7 game season
Top team gets 100K
2nd Place gets 50K

To join the league:

Create a new 1000 Team Value team of any race.
Quit the Public League with that team
League Search, either for the name "FOFC Invitational", or if you have trouble finding it, look under Coach name: SirFozzie
Apply for the League
Password is: FOFC

I won't be able to apply until this evening(hope there are still spots!) but I am definitely in. I will probably end up picking Orcs, but I'm considering Humans as well. Guess I have all day to decide.

I haven't tried using any of the Blitz rules either so I better check those out as well.

I created my team and applied, but my machine crashed like RIGHT after it said I had to wait for a reply. Hopefully it got to you.

Might be a good idea to play a few online games for fun to see if it will work for me. I don't want to ruin the league because my machine is a pussy.

Yes, there are replay files created. You can't watch "live" however

I'll reapply. I un-aplplied to try an online game and it crashed halfway through the seconde half, however I think I know why (sound card) and I've disabled the offending unit (I think) and will try another game before I reapply.

I'd do another league as well if enough people show up we miss or maybe we could have a tournament of sorts on the side for messing around.

Man I picked Chaos after hearing Elves and Skaven thinking I could bash if nothing else and now the league is rampant with Orcs so I can't even outbash!

Really in depth "guide" for Chaos over on the game forum that I've enjoyed reading, but it is having a negative impact on my thoughts of success.

Sounds like really rough going for them to start out. I might be building up for season 2 if we have that.

Intimidating how wide open the team is also. See lots of options for how to go.

Chinaski, my favored times would be Friday 5-11 PM Central, anytime Saturday, or Sunday 9 AM to 8 PM Central. Any of those times work for you?

Thanks! I would love to get involved but little to no chance of me getting an hour to play a game each week, plus factor in the time differences. Shame though, plus I don't know whether my work laptop will run the game given that it has a built in Intel graphics card. It's a shame I can't check without buying the game!
