That's nothing. Why just yesterday in our summer league game, our coach thought it might be a good idea to pitch the kid on our team that is the worst pitcher. First inning 17 runs. With no outs. Final score 23-5. And then our coach said this,"He pitched a great game, they just hit the ball" If that's a great game i could be a HOFer.

At least he gave the pitcher a chance... and plus that's better than saying to the kid, "good god you suck, get your head out of your ass, and get someone out!" Or something like that...

Sheesh, not only is that unfair to the team, it's unfair to that kid to leave him in there for that kind of punishment. It's bad enough if you're pitching decently and your defense is botching it up behind you, but walking that many guys just shows where his confidence went. Might just be time for a new coach.

I almost feel bad for the Jets this year... nothing has gone right for them. They will be at the bottom of the AFC East for sure. The Pats and the Dolphins are 2 super bowl contenders. The Bills are a wild card team...
