That's excellent. The great thing about it is I watched it three times and caught more details with each viewing. The first time I just watched it. The second time I caught the twins sitting next to Lisa. The third time I caught Chief Wiggum standing on the corner. The guy or guys who made that put a lot of detail into it.

it's indeed very well done. Anybody find it funny that this was made by Brits (or people who drive on the left anyway)? I did

Doh! I thought something was funny about Marge driving on the right side of the car instead of the left side.

The glowing rod that Homer drops when the whistle blows didn't bounce into his suit. And they didn't show the price display when Maggie got scanned. But overall, very well done...

No evidence to back it up but it's been suggested that this will be used as an opening on the show.

I have my doubts about this myself - considering the possible British origin of the cars. Worth a thought though.

The policeman standing at the end of the road when Bart skateboards past is wearing a British police uniform, so it certainly seems like it's British.

Also got a feeling that I vaguely recognize the guy playing Homer from British tv.

I don't recall ever seeing Homer's ass crack as he scampered into the house, but otherwise...kudos!

Am I the only one who caught that, or is it a trick of lighting?!

MAKERS of the hit cartoon The Simpsons have filmed the show's opening titles using real actors.

In the hit viral going around the world we get to see what Bart, Homer, Marg, Lisa and Maggie would look like if they were humans.

And you can be among the first to watch the hilarious titles, filmed over 18 months in Britain, by clicking one of the links below.

The clip re-enacts the title sequence to a tee beginning with the camera zooming into a schoolroom to see a blonde Bart scribbling lines on the blackboard.

Simpson’s maker Matt Groening has approved the human version of the show’s opening credits to promote the brand new series.

Sky One will broadcast the promo as its viewers gear up for the The Simpson's 17th season which begins on March 20.

An insider said: "We're really excited about it.

"We used regular actors, not so much for their resemblance - as you can't copy a bunch of yellow characters - but becuase you can easily identify with them."

A balding actor plays Homer as he leaves work dropping some nuclear waste out of the window on the way home.

While a baby girl copies the scene where Maggie appears to be driving Marg’s car.

The opening montage ends with the whole family squeezed on the settee ready to watch the cartoon version of the show.
