Aussie Rules text sim

Some of you might be interested in an updated version of an Aussie Rules sim. Total Aussie Rules brought out a version last year and have now updated it with a few new features. There is a demo that can be downloaded from the site ( 10 MB ) with the full version unlocked from the demo.

New Features

Demo

The game itself is AUS$30 which is about US$21 but the game can only be purchased by check ( in Australian dollars ) for foreign orders - as far as I can see. There is no credit card payment option for online orders.

Depends where you are...Aussie Rules football is not rugby. Rugby is rugby, normally. Football either describes soccer or Aussie Rules, but more often Aussie Rules.

Aussie Rules and Rugby are completely different.

Aussie Rules is played on a circular pitch, has marks, behinds and goals.

It's the one game where many americans make fun of the guy in the white suit that comes out with one finger pointing, and makes a hard signal with them.

Aussie Rules is also a killer game, I am really big into watching AFL and Rugby, I own all the AFL games by EA Sports (Cost me some cash to have shipped from Australia) and all the Rugby lines, I stay up until one or two am just to catch the AFL highlights show or AFL games on Fox Sports World.

This game is probably what I have been looking for. Time to download the demo.

Although I haven't watched it in several years now, I really enjoyed watching Aussie Rules back in ... well, I guess it was probably the early to mid 90's now that I think about it.

With instant gratification of d'load & pay online, this would probably have gotten me sooner or later. Without it ... kinda doubtful to be honest.
