So Bloody Hot!!!

100 degrees here right now!

I'm sure it was 110 when I was supervising an 8th grade Math exam at my school's non-air-conditioned hall for an hour and a half. I felt sorry for most of the kids having to put up with it and focus on their papers - at least I could move around and try to find a cooler spot every once in a while. I turned every overhead fan on high and opened every side door to allow any cool air to circulate but this was wishful thinking on my part.

At least tomorrow's forecast is only 86.

33 and overcast right now and we're supposed to get our first "Wintery Precipitation" (meaning sleet, snow, freezing rain, etc) starting this afternoon. I'm so excited!

Its a brisk 33 degrees here in the mid atlantic with the wind chill down in the 20's.

I'm your meteorologist gottimd with your local weather forecast at the 10's. Stay tuned for my report on "Flatulence in Sub Zero temps: Can you really smell it?"

This thread has "up my post count" written all over it.

I am going to start a new thread entitled, "It is 9:15am right now" and everyone can then chime in and tell each other what time it is where they live.

It's currently warmer in my freezer than it is outside, I think. We've had single-digit readings at night lately. I'm thrilled, absolutely thrilled, I tell you, to spend another winter in Michigan.

That sounds way too much like Bob and Tom.

There was the Learning channel, then the Discovery Channel, now we bring you the TIME Channel.

Whee.. -4 here. Close to a record low. Kansas usually doesn't get this cold until January or February. 6" of snow is a little weird, too, but not unheard of. Still didn't stop my wife and I from going and sledding tonight on the huge hills on campus

Holy crap! Just checked and we got down to -15 last night. I've never seen it anywhere near that low. The lowest I remember it being here in the time I've lived is barely below 0 (ie like -4)

Revisiting this thread . . . today it was 105 degrees and blowing a stinking hot wind. Even now after 10pm, it is still 95.

Looking forward to a restless night of sleep.

75 will be a record in OK if we get there. Previous high was 74 I think. I miss the cold.

Screw that, keep it warm! Although, we need some rain.

Forecast Fox says that it's 82 right now, but I'm not sure how accurate that is.
