Yeah, So I Just Lost A $2,600 Hand Of BJ

I'm actually only down $100 since I had built it up off of that, but, given the fact that I could of just cashed out and did not, if you were me would you,

A) Put a bag over your head and remember the good times till you slipped into the sweet hereafter.

B) Light up till you the just giggle at the stupidity.

C) Climb on your roof and attempt a moonsault onto the cement?

D) Take a bunch of Valium and sleep till Thursday?

What was the hand? Please don't tell me the dealer had 6, you had 11 and somehow pulled an ace on a double-down.

I don't even remember, I believe i was dealt 11, hit waiting for the face card and a 4 or 5 showed up. I stood and the dealer hit 19 or 20. It's all a blur, a numb, dead cold blur.

Not long, since about Thursday. I cleared the WR with about $420 left, bet it all and won and then hit 3 or 4 $500 bets along the way with some downswings and upswings. I got drunk and high last and passed up, woke up, lit a joint and logged on, decided for a reason i'll never be able to figure out that I should try and double up. I am (no offense intended) a god damned retard.

Wow - what table limits were you playing?

Anyway, I've tilted away that much or more in the past 6 months...being a disciplined whore is hard stuff. :o)

I suggest E

E) Consult a counselor about a serious gambling addiction because I just bet $2,600 on a single hand of BLACKJACK.

I can see losing that much over a short period of time in blackjack, but not on a single online hand, unless the limits have dramatically increased since I last checked. In a way, over a short period of time is worse...you get that sinking stomach feeling over a period of time, with hope sometimes appearing only to vanish. One hand is just one hand...hope never had time to really appear. Lord knows I've been there.
