Pretty Good VPN Deal...I think
VPN-Secure is offering a lifetime subscription to their VPN service for $39 (usually $450). I don't know anything about these guys so it may be a good deal or it may blow. I'm just the messenger.

They are a solid VPN company. But if you are looking for a VPN for torrenting purposes, they block connections to the better known sites.
