TCY question: Solecismic 8 alternative conferences

How would I get the teams provided in the link below into TCY? Do I have to edit city info?

edit: I want to use this instead of the Solecismic 8.

Yes the city editor is what you want. Turn each of the cities into a school name and you are in business. You will also have to put in the lat and long and then the ave temp. I normally just take the ave temp from the nearest city that is in the game but sometimes that is far away. You might be able to find some closer info on the web.
