chaos league
this one might pass under a few folks radar as it's a bit obscure. it's *very* similar to the old board game, blood bowl. anyway, check out the demo, it's incredibly fun.

There are actually two (a thread in General Discussion from a few days/weeks ago).
Is fumbbl "friendly" towards newbie players ? I might give it a go. |

When I played I had no problems with it. There seemed to be quite a few newbies.

andy m , you are evil, I downloaded the demo and played until 2am last night.... The game is exactly a live Blood Bowl board game... WooT. The game is "GOLD" and will be available on June 25th.
And thanks for the tips on fumbbl, warhammer Last edited by Alf : 06-15-2004 at 03:31 AM. |

yeah, i can't wait to get my hands on the full game, i actually only played the tutorials and then stopped as i didn't want to start a campaign that i'd have to give up on!
i love the commentary. the english guy is very much like rik mayall (from the tv show 'the young ones' amongst other things). |

I used the French language as my first try => it is OK, but I don't understand some terms, I'd play in english as usual.
I started a Championship and the game stops after 3 games (2 wins, 1 loss at lowest difficulty), those goblins are fast ! |

I have to agree. This game rocks and if you can't find in stores, they made a downloadable version. I think it's available from their website
