Halfmania - anyone ever use this site?

This actually popped up in my gmail advertisements, and it enticed me to click on it (I'm a sucker), but they seem to have name brand stuff for half price (the ad that caught my attention was a Bose Ipod docking for $150), but provided you subject yourself to advertisements of some sort at the end of the purchase - not sure exactly what this entails, so I was wondering if anyone has used this site before... I assume it's a scam and not worth it, but anyone know for certain?

you have to sign up for movie subscriptions, magazines, credit cards, etc. and then they don't acknowledge that you did so and never get stuff for half off.
