HDMI out from comp. question
When I stream something from Netflix to my computer, and use the HDMI out, it plays fine on the TV, but no sound goes to the TV, and my laptop sound is not tremendous. Is there a setting I can adjust on the computer to have sound go though the TV? The sound works fine with a blu ray and HDMI out...

I know with the HDMI that you shouldn't need to, but you may need to run a cable from the headphone port on the PC to an input in the stereo. It would be a solution at least. Even though it doesn't answer the question.

There could be a per application setting for audio device usage. Look in Control Panel and see if there is a Sound setting. The should be something like Digital output to get the sound to go over the HDMI connection.
