Changing Cities

Im the 49ers and have been having a successful francise and i have been trying to move the team to a new city but that option new seems to be open when i look under stadium proposal? Is that because there are no cities that want the 9ers or i cant move them???

You have to ask San Francisco to build you a new stadium and have them reject you before you can attempt to move the team. The best way is to propose a maxed-out stadium with o contribution from your team. Unfortunately if your team is really good, they probably will pay anything to keep you in San Fran.
