Has FOF 4 lost all of the busts? It seems that the draftees all reach their potentials.

No way. Most RB's rarely keep ratings past their first couple of years. QB's almost never reach their full potential, Centers are hit and miss as well. Kickers and Punters lose distance usually. Linebackers keep their run stopping ability and others tend to go down
