everybody here is out of sight
they don't bark and they don't bite
they keep things loose, they keep it tight
everybody's dancin' in the moonlight

I just knew this would be about Toploader. YOu do know, I hope, that Dancing In the Moonlight is an old song. Like 1973 old. I read a review of that soundtrack it's on once that said the song had a cool retro-vibe - I think the person was honestly unaware that the "retro-vibe" was because it was written 30+ years ago.

Never really like Toploader, just because they came off as a Jamiraquai/Stevie Wonder clone. That, combined with the proverbial "new band covers old song" thing, and I was destined not to like them.

Would it make you feel any better to know that I got the lyrics from a LeAnn Rimes song lyrics page? I didn't know about the Toploader part until of the pic showing up.....As I said, I was just googlin' and gettin' lucky.
