Does Madden 2004 (PC version) have coach only mode?

I have heard or read somewhere that EA did not release the coach only mode for the PC version and that it will be released in a patch. Is this true? Thanks

They have it, but it's worthless....that is, unless you like your QB getting sacked two dozen times a game.
