Just a word of warning...DO NOT download the latest "video device drivers" if you have Dell. If you have already downloaded and installed, do not reboot. Roll it back.

I prefer to download directly from nVidia. But the lastest driver for my system is from March.

Through Windows Update? I'd recommend you don't download drivers from there no matter what system you have. They should remove that whole section. The drivers are never up to date, and I have been hosed more than a couple times with it.
