USA vs Guatemala (Soccer)

I just would like to say that I'm glad that I didn't buy tickets to this one as it is currently 28 degrees in Dallas and with very slight chance of freezing drizzle throught out the afternoon. Actually I just saw that there's a Winter Advisory out there too.

Good luck keeping warm today guys.

Well yes, I know it's nothing to the Northerners. And I lived in Minneapolis for 8 years and grew up in the North, but once you move down here and expect the temp to be at least in the 50's, it's cold.

USA 4-0...thats really all you need to know...nobody has really stood out despite the score, though johnson has done well since coming in at the half...really, the game is much worse then the game to me...not great play on either sides, just finishinh and luck i guess

How did Rolfe and Guzan do? I had no clue who was in goal for the US until I went to GameTracker. I wonder why Reis did not get any minutes?

Jimmy Conrad has a very, very good chance of making the US Roster. Who would have figured that?

Rolfe didn't really do much. He had some chances, but I didn't think any were overly great. Guzan was there, but like most games lately, the US keeper wasn't given too much to do.

And yeah, I've been high on Conrad for a while. I still don't feel like our backline is all that great given what the Bruce normally throws out there (I still hate berhalter), but Conrad can be a very solid spot starter (Onyewu and Boca are the only ones I think should be set in stone). I think we can have a very good rotation in the back, but its just making sure guys are healthy.
