FM - Do your Kits ever change?
I just entered my fourth year as the manager of K-town (Kaiserslautern or something like that). It's 2013. I just had my away kit changed to this ugly orange kit. Unfortuantely, I couldn't tell you if, in the past, we had a white kit or kept our purple kit on the road and home, I just know that we didn't have this. But the orange kit - wow is that ugly. It hurts my eyes to watch it on the 2D.

You should use your normal kit on the home or the road, UNLESS the home team matches one of your colors. If they have a purple & white kit, you'll use a totally different one.
Should go away after the one match. If it's more than one match, I don't know.

It's currently listed as my away kit. All I know is that it hurt my eyes. Imagine, if you will, a bright orange, almost a pumpkin, with a ring of mauvish purple around it. Now, imagine mauve numbers in the pumpkin circle. Now, put that ugly thing on top of a green pitch. Ick.

Just thought of a question. Can you change your kit color? If I decide that orange doesn't cut it, can I change my away kit to another color? That'd be nice. Maybe you are given a option to adjust kit color when you get a new sponsor?
If my team wears a black kit on a hot day, do they tire more quickly than they would with a white kit? -Anxiety

The orange/purple thing is the current Kaiserslautern third strip.
hxxp://www.subsidesports.com/uk/images/product/large/FCKaiserlaut3rdSS0506.gif You can't change the colors in the dot-o-vision section during a game, you could start again and use the editor though. But I guess 2013 is a bit late for that suggestion. |

Dola...
You may be able to use one of the third party savegame editors to change the colors, I'm not really sure as I don't look at them as they always seem a bit risky. |

I've noticed that the third kit for my team is maybe used once every couple seasons. That rarity of use is probably why you never even noticed it.

To make it realistic they should play in their third kit once or twice before Christmas every year, just in time for kids to tell their parents that there's a kit they don't have

In the game, K-town has just two kits - a home and an away. I'd prefer the real life away kit over this orange monstrosity, but this was the first time I noticed it in four years, so maybe that just tells you everything is fine.
It was used in an away game against Koln, and I've played in Koln on three other occasions without using this kit. I wonder why the game chose this kit to use. -Anxiety
