Geez, I woulda thought I was outspoken enough of a conservative to give the nod. Sack gets my nob because I want to be his running mate

The support is appreciated, but it's a little premature to be discussing running mates in any capacity.

JoninMiddleGA is catching up? Uh...
Remember the last time we had a President from Georgia? Miles-long gas lines and rampant stagflation? Do you really want that again? (sorry, Jon!) |

And how can the American people have confidence in that? You didn't even see fit to share your views with them in the SkyDogpublican debate! How can they know what you stand for, what you believe, and where you intend to take this country, when, at the moment, all they can really do is take your word for it that you're the right man without any supporting evidence? |

The thing about bumper stickers, Dutch, is you notice you never see them on the front of the vehicle.
They're always bringing up the rear. |

Sack, cocky and funny is dead. The race is tightening. And you can only get your mom and dad to vote for you once a piece. Stick a fork in ya!
Nobody will continue to vote for John because he isn't even playing the game. Ryan S is only going on name recognition as a popular board member. There's only one real choice for the nomination left. Only one way to smash the wigocrats like the socialist pigs they are! You gotta play to win. I'm squeezing in on the competition. Don't let cocky and funny win! Vote for Dutch! |

Dutch - he can't have been winning at first, because he didn't win a single primary until Vermont on Super Tuesday. He was the media darling, but the support at the polls never materialized.
Gotta dash off to work to cover for some lazy bum who wanted Saturday off. ¬_¬ Just remember, my three main opponents right now are: 1) a candidate who didn't deign to participate in the debates. How do you know what he really stands for? 2) a candidate relying on gimmickry rather than his message to gain support. 3) a candidate who has stated that he'll "ban you all" if you don't vote for him. Do you really want to put a despotic demagogue in power? Vote for SackAttack in 2004! |

It appears as though I'm all but eliminated from contention, but at least I was able to say my piece. Good luck to the frontrunners.

It has been a great run, but I am pulling out of the race. I will endorse SackAttack for President. While I think I ran a good campaign on solid issues, I think that the SackAttack campaign best fits my platform and has the popularity to win this race and the Presidency.

While some candidates seem to be concerned about my lack of presence in recent debates, I believe that SkydogPublican's will understand quite well my reasons.
I believe a man should be known by his actions more than his words. So while some candidates spend their time talking, I spend my time doing what needs to be done. And of late, what needed to be done was tending to my business. Something responsibilities have to be weighed against wants. Over the past few days, my duties had to come before optional activities. Currently, I'm a candidate for office but I'm also a businessman, an employer, a husband, and a father, just like many other SkydogPublicans. I don't believe that the people of this nation would want a candidate that would shirk responsibility. That's not the type of candidate I am, it's not the sort of President I'll be. Make no mistake, if chosen by the voters, my first duty & obligation will be to them. When I'm elected President, my first duty & obligation will be to the nation. But I have enough confidence in the voters to understand campaigning is not the only obligation I currently have. Being a nominee is a full-time job, as I believe the future, indeed the very survival of this nation depends upon the success of the SkydogPublican nominee. Being President is also a full-time job, one with awesome responsibilities. Being one of many candidates seeking an opportunity? Well, I believe America has just about had its fill of politicians who jockeying for position office a full-time job. As the party nominee, I pledge my full attention & full effort to securing victory against all challengers. The very future of this nation depends upon that victory. As President, I pledge my full attention & full effort to securing this nation against all threats, foreign & domestic, and while overcoming those obstacles, to leading us forward into an era of unrivaled prosperity. Thank you, for your time, for your understanding, and for your support. |

Ryan, are you saying you'll ban anyone who doesn't vote for you from the board?

I feel like the voters of FOFC ought to take a stand against RyanS's candidacy, which is running a campaign similar to Hitler, full of scare tactics and full of death (from the board) if you do not vote for him. If we, the voters of FOFC, put him on the ticket, who knows what he will do as President of the US.

Well, I gave it my best shot. Made some bumper stickers, got some folks down at the churches to grind out some good signs for me. But the votes are still flowing in for folks that aren't even playing the game.
I guess the voting will come to a close soon. Unfortunately, I voted for myself already, but if I could have my vote back, I'd give it to SackAttack for at least playing the game. Good luck Sack! |

Ok.. we have a problem here.
Both Ryan and SackAttack have 16 votes. We have a runoff! And BTW.. if Ryan makes any more threats about "knowing who's not voting for him" and suggesting that voting for Sack=banning .. then I guess I'll have to take action.
