Silliest thing I saw on my trip to Chicago...
...was a trailer that someone had made by cutting their old truck in half. They were towing the rear half. Round these parts we call those types "hoosiers."

Family weekend trip. Best line went to my three-year-old son Drew, who after enjoying the penguins swimming around at the Shedd Aquarium on Friday, saw the inanimate penguin exhibit in the Field Museum on Saturday and asked, all serious-like, "Why don't the penguins work anymore?"
