OT - Score one for the justice system

A case where a family was sueing McDonalds because they became fat from the food was thrown out by a judge. Good to see there is still some common sense in the justice system.

Thank god. I read on TheSmokingGun.com that there were like five or six of these cases. I hope this leads to the rest of them being thrown out as well.

That's definitely good news.

Maybe taking responsibility for one's own actions will become vogue again.
